Are you a Multi Trades Maintenance / Building Fabric Engineer / Supervisor looking for a new role?

This Facilities Services company based out of Plymouth are recruiting for a Supervisor from a Multi Trades background to join their small works projects team.

Types of projects / repairs the team will be delivering are as follows
Replacing fault taps, toilets, fixing doors/ ironmongery, replacing floor tiles, painting and decorating, and general building repairs.

Project values will be mainly up to £500, anything above this will need to be charged to the client therefore an understanding of rough costings would be advantageous.

As Fabric Supervisor you will be office based 2/3 days per week and out on the road 2/3 days per week, whilst in the office you will work closely with the projects team to ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget, for this part of the role you will need to be IT literate and familiar with Excel spreadsheets and other systems.

Whilst out on the road you will be both hands on as well as overseeing jobs and engineers making sure works are completed to the correct standard and on time to ensure the client is happy.

Ideally you will be a qualified trades person with previous experience of working within commercial properties,
