**File Handler - Motor - Bolton - Up to £35,000 salary - REF 498341TLB**

**The Role**

This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Motor Fraud department, it is now seeking to appoint a File Handler who will manage their own caseload of Motor Fraud files.
- Experienced File Handler with experience in civil litigation claims
- Previous experience of handling a RTA pre-litigated and litigated fraud case load is desirable
- Sound knowledge of the litigation process and CPR
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
- Understanding of case law and litigation practice as well as SRA Standards & Regulations
