Lead Engineer - BMS

Position for a BMS Lead Engineer to join an ambitious and rapidly growing control systems company, a specialist in commissioning projects.

This is ideal for someone who can manage a team of engineers designing, planning, installing and commissioning BMS systems.

The company are a new startup in BMS and Automated Energy related projects they specialise in the retail sector and are seeing growth now looking to expand their operation by taking on some exciting projects that will shape the success of the company.

The role involves verifying design and client technical specifications, planning projects, ordering materials and ensuring budgets are signed off. Set up and manage rapport with client project managers, engineers and subcontractors. Provide great customerservice and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will need to work, motivate, train and develop engineers.

- Lead Engineer - BMS
- Ensure the customer is satisfied with the design specifications
- Hold progress reviews at timely and critical intervals throughout the project
- Train and develop engineers
- BMS / BEMS Knowledge
- Software and Systems (Distech, Trend, Tridium)
