We have an exciting vacancy at BHSF where we are looking to recruit a dynamic and energetic Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at BHSF The Sales and Marketing Administrator role has a hybrid weekly work schedule, split between working from home and travelling to office in Birmingham the team members. This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join an existing Sales and Marketing team reporting to the director of sales & Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide a high standard of administration support to Director of Sales and Marketing
- Attend a wide range of internal team meetings, recording and distributing minutes when required
- Support in the drafting of presentations, and sales and marketing reports ensuring a monthly cycle of KPIs are recorded and distributed
- To provide proactive administration support to the wider Sales and Marketing Team
- To manage the smooth running of all queries in a timely manner within the Jira system
- To record all prospect interactions via a CRM system and maintain accurate prospect records
- Awareness of NDAs required for in order to process these correctly
- To work collaboratively with the wider team and feed into marketing initiatives and product development
- Have an awareness of the FCA guidelines which the Sales and Marketing team work to
- To maintain Courtesy, professionalism, and high standards of presentation in all communications with customers and potential customers
- To perform all tasks and duties when required providing flexibility and covering a team working environment
- All employees are responsible for ensuring the protection of personal data, as such you are required to actively engage with all requests relating to data protection and proactively ensure compliance with GDPR and the DPA when handling any personal, special category or criminal conviction data. You must report data incidents in-line with Company Policy. You must understand and comply with obligations under the Company’s data protection, information security, GDPR, DPA and FCA regulations and other relevant policies.
- Operates within defined risk appetite levels, and within the context of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Risk Strategy, and all associated policies.
- Ensure compliance with the company health and safety rules and requirements, ensuring own safety and that of colleagues at all times; raising risks identified immediately and following all health and safety instructions.
- At all times, ensure that customers are put first in everything we do, following all policies and procedures, especially those relating to The Consumer duty

**Knowledge and experience**
- 3 years’ administration support experience

**Desirable**
- Experience working with a CRM system
