Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manual Turner to join our team. As a Manual Turner, you will be responsible for operating manual lathes and other machinery to fabricate and assemble various components. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate manual lathes to perform turning, drilling, and milling operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for each job
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
