Lead Receptionist

**About The Role**:
We are currently seeking a Lead Receptionist with excellent organisational, customer service and managerial skills to lead the reception teams across our Allington Dental Clinic based in Bridport and Diplomat House Dental Clinic based in Blandford Forum, you will be predominantly based at Allington.

**Hours**: Full-time Monday - Friday - 08:15 - 17:15

**About You**:
You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

**The main duties will include**:

- Working alongside the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice
- Leading the receptionist team and to support training of other new receptionists within the region
- Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
- Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
