**Exciting Opportunity to join and leading FinTech Specialist based in the City of London - Approaching and liaising with business prospects on behalf of our market leading FinTech Payments business to attract and maintain new clients.**

**Base Salaries range from £30,000 - £40,000 on base salary with exceptional commission potential. EXCELLENT OTE's**

The key objective of the role is to secure sustainable, profitable trading relationships.

**Key Accountabilities**
- **Engage with Financial Decision Makers to lead source and to close desirable business opportunities**:

- **Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets**:

- **Continually maintain an effective understanding of the Financial markets and broader business/economic landscape to enhance sales effectiveness**:

- Independently manage leads through the entire sales process
- If required, proactively cold call and prospect in assigned segment(s)
- Autonomously identify and engage internal & external resources to deliver solutions and bring new clients on board
- Leverage field sales organisation and relevant management to close sales opportunities
- Complete necessary administration and reporting as required by management and the business

**Core Skills**
- **6 Months - 3 years’ experience in Business to Business Sales - NO JOB HOPPERS**:

- **Financial / Technology / Software Sales / Banking Sales or Payments Sales Desirable**:

- Excellent communication/presentation skills across all media
- Ability to swiftly identify opportunities and professionally manage and guide the end to end sales process
- Ability to ask probing questions to understand the needs of a prospect with the skill to appropriately suggest dynamic solutions
- High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style
- Highly motivated with an exceptionally strong desire and drive to succeed
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of tenacity
