**Human Resources Advisor**

**25 hours a week over 5 days**

**£28-£32k FTE**

In this role you will be the point of contact for managers and employees to provide guidance, coaching and support across the full spectrum of HR functional areas. You will develop and implement policies, processes and metrics that will allow Cutwel to develop a world class employee base and facilitate a high-performance culture that will support the achievement of the company’s’ business goals.

**Essential Responsibilities of the role**

Provides dedicated advice and guidance on all aspects of HR to business leaders, managers, team leaders and employees across the business.

Provides dedicated coaching and support to business leaders on employee engagement, policy implementation, employee relations management, career development.

Acts as a sounding board for the senior team on issues related to but not wholly limited to HR.

Enhances the leadership skills of the senior team through sourcing appropriate leadership training to front line and senior leaders.

Ensures Performance Management is completed throughout the business and summarises results that will support succession planning.

Ensures the prompt investigation and resolution of all employee relations issues, supporting managers with the required administration.

Leads job evaluation processes, partnering with the leadership team to ensure compensation is set at an appropriate level and supports the attraction and retention of high-quality employees.

Partners with senior leadership to ensure the organisation structure continues to support business objectives.

Champions diversity and is the focal point in ensuring a diverse workforce in relation to both ethnicity and gender.

Responsible for all aspects of HR administration, e.g., new starter admin, new contracts and updating Bamboo with all employee information (HR Information System).

Ensures all employee surveys are conducted on a regular basis (guidance in Bamboo) and summarise results for senior team.

Provide accurate information to support payroll administration.

**Essential Requirements**
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organisational planning, recruitment, organisation development, employee relations, employee engagement and employee development.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Provides HR expertise and guidance to senior leadership team.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including knowledge of Excel.
- Good working knowledge of employment law
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
- Excellent organisational management skills.

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum working towards CIPD qualification.
- A minimum of two years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, some of which should ideally have been in an SME.
