Administrative Services Support

To support in the completion of the daily duties required to run the Operation, working closely with Recruitment, Training and Facilities at CTfL supporting the account and new starters be aware of Capita processes and supporting the onboarding function for new hires. This is a varied role and one where we are looking for someone who is focussed with an attention to detail, this role provides scope to learn and develop, you will provide and support a range of engagement activities in all types of communication styles including face to face, via the telephone and in written form.

**This is a fixed term contract running until March 2024**
**Responsibilities**
- To create communications for line managers and team members such as instructional guides, newsletters and engaging posts.
- Encourage and support staff engagement (being a face of the company and embrace the cameras on culture)
- Positively contribute towards all communication and people plan activities.
- Support the Training Team and Team Managers in ensuring attendance and shift adherence.
- Participate in fund raisers and events to boost morale.
- Carry out a range of administration tasks as required both in the office and remote.
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of both the client and the business.
- To assist with accommodation issues and to help plan and execute accommodation moves and changes.
- To support the business with recruitment, training and facilities.
- Assist with a range of large and small projects.
- Support compliance of the account for Mandatory Training / H&S records.
- Support deliveries and arrange appropriate courier requirement
- To support the relationship with employment agencies and Capita, escalating and raising any issues.
