We are looking for an Admissions Officer to work fulltime within a school in the Slough/Windsor area.

The hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday a year.

Your requirements will be to have experience in the below:

- Track, manage and analyse all elements of the admissions process including enquiries, visits, registrations, offer, deposits, starters and leavers on the CRM and SIMS databases to ensure optimum conversion rates and customer care.
- Collate monthly numbers data from the team in preparation for adaptive forecasts
- Provide early and accurate insight into pupil number related data or parent feedback
- Support the team in delivering conversions, developing more rigorous processes to inform accurate forecasting.
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer experience for prospective parents, from enquiry to admission. This includes taking ownership of all aspects of the admissions process such as tour planning, timing of follow up and so on, ensuring the Best PracticeExperience’ is delivered.
- Influence and champion any improvements to the experience not directly under the post holder’s control - facilities improvements, building presentation, first impressions, teacher engagement, assessment for SEN with prospects etc.
- Ensure that the wider school community is adhering to defined processes and procedures to deliver a first class service for prospective families.
- School’s admissions data is ISI compliant (through accurate data entry and collection of appropriate ID and documentation).
