**Head of Procurement**

Our business has grown exceptionally over the last 18months, from 10 holiday parks to a whopping 27, and we are as excited as ever to be inspiring everyone to holiday in the UK.

This growth has created opportunity within our Central Support Office and we are now on the look out for a Head of Procurement, to take ownership, create and drive the strategy and inspire thedelivery of a best in class procurement function.

**Who are we?**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Leading the current team to ensure deliverables are being met to the highest standards
- Recruit, onboard and manage new starters in the department
- Ensure the highest standards are being met through rigorous buying processes
- Drive innovation and Operational excellence across the Procurement function
- Mitigate risk with suppliers and manage delivery to contractual SLAs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the whole business.
- Ensure we have the correct strategy in place to not only control cost, but deliver timely supplies, reduce risk, and add value.
- Influences a positive culture change to one that aligns procurement with the operational and commercial needs of the business
- Champions FocalPoint

**Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need**

If you have experience in managing a procurement function within a multi category fast paced environmentand can tick the following boxes too, let’s hear from you:

- CIPS qualified
- Can influence positively at an executive stakeholder level
- Experienced in driving cultural change
- Has led and delivered a programme of change management
- Designing, implementing and refining processes and policies
- Leading and growing a team
- Strong commercial and negotiating experience

It’s the icing on the cake, but not essential if you have experience in the leisure and hospitality sector.
