This is a part time post working every Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays.

To provide a key link between the Area Housing Offices (DHO's) and the Estate Caretaking service with the aim of maintaining high standards of service delivery and performance and achieving set deadlines. To be responsive and reactive to any issues which need to be resolved on site or via the telephone, deal with urgent issues quickly by visiting site, void properties, etc. as necessary, remove small items from estates, blocks, voids as necessary. To provide assistance to caretakers when required, to discuss issues of concern with staff, provide information, carry out joint
site visits, etc. To undertake eligibility checks for the garden cutting scheme. To carry out various administrative duties as required which includes the provision of information and data.
