We’re now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support with the effective delivery of our damp and mould planned works programme.

**The difference you’ll make**

You’ll play a crucial role in developing budget requirements and managing the invoicing process, ensuring Evolve expenditure is robustly managed in line with the Group’s financial controls, including escalating details of planned over/under spending as appropriate.

You’ll also manage relationships with Frontline Workers, Technical Inspectors and other key stakeholders to ensure Evolve’s ongoing compliance for damp and mould delivery, acting as focal point in relation to the performance of the service, including dealing with and resolving escalated issues and complaints.

You’ll liaise with customers, clients, subcontractors and colleagues to ensure damp and mould works are planned and carried out as required, monitoring and updating internal works trackers and subcontractor spreadsheets daily.
- Ensure works are effectively prioritised, planned and carried out to standard, timescales and budget, ensuring adherence with regulatory and statutory requirements, Evolve policies and our compliance framework
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with effectively, providing clear, supportive and accurate advice or signposting as appropriate and escalating complaints via the appropriate channels
- Create, maintain and store documents in accordance with the approved systems to ensure records can be located efficiently
- Carry out Data Reconciliation relating to Missed Appointments, Missed Targets and Customer satisfaction
- Utilise Evolve’s IT systems to undertake appointment scheduling, allocating damp and mould repairs and maintenance works to Evolve colleagues and external contractors
- Ensure that all data protection requirements are met in accordance with Evolve’s policies, procedures and statutory requirements

**So, who are you?**

We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a social housing environment.

You’ll have a detailed understanding of budget planning and processing of invoices.

You’ll also share our passion for delivering a great service for our customers and will ensure that they are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll feel comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that any complaints or escalations are resolved.

This is an office-based role, and the successful applicant will work from our Head Office in Widnes.
