Demand Planner

_Macildowie Recruitment and Retention_ have partnered with a multi-national manufacturer to help them recruit a Demand Planner. Following an internal promotion, our client are now looking to add to their growing team in Nottinghamshire.

**The Role**
- Reporting directly to the Demand Planning Manager.
- Responsible for forecasting anticipated levels of demand and supply.
- Working closely alongside the production and logistics teams.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Undertaking administrative tasks.
- Continuously looking for new ways to improve efficiency.
- Compile data which pertains to supplier performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
- Has 2+ years experience within Forecasting, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or similar.
- Ideally worked within a Manufacturing or Logistics environment.
- Good systems usage - Excel, SAP etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing, can-do attitude.

**Details**
- Salary: 28k - 32k per annum.
- Office hours - early finish on a Friday.
