A great opportunity has become available within the Unipart Security Department for a Licensed Security Officer to join our In-House team at Nuneaton.

Successful applicants will receive a guaranteed salary of £28,938 (with optional overtime) working an average of 42 hours per week on a 2-week rolling rota (3 days and 4 nights).

**Duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Provide a courteous, professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients, their representatives and visitors to the company.
- Provide security for 'People, Product & Property at all times.
- Conduct regular searches of site staff contractors and/or visitors.
- Conduct regular internal and external site patrols.
- Conduct gatehouse duties - seal checks, booking vehicles in/out on PC, vehicle searches, communicating site rules to drivers.
- Reporting of incidents and completing relevant reports
- Report any H&S breaches and/or concerns.
- CCTV monitoring and footage reviews / investigations.
- Assist with fire alarm tests and site evacuations.
- Respond to fire and/or intruder alarms where required.
- Issue and control staff and visitor access cards.
- Meet the requirements of the site Assignment Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

**Essential requirements for this role are**:

- A valid front-line SIA license.
- A 5-year checkable history.
