**Hybrid working (3 days - office, 2 days - working from home)**

**As Commercial Marketing Lead you will be responsible for all marketing activities on ASUS’ B2B and commercial products, driving interest in ASUS’ Motherboards, Monitors, Mini PC, Server, Networking and AiOT Solutions within the UK.**

**Based in the Hemel Hempstead office, you will be well versed across traditional and digital marketing channels, working alongside a team of marketing specialists, the commercial sales team and sales manager to**:

- Plan, develop and execute the commercial marketing strategy to develop brand awareness, product launch campaigns and marketing qualified leads (MQL).
- Manage the commercial marketing budget and vendor partners, including INTEL, AMD and NVIDIA on co-branded initiatives.
- Develop and executive strategic marketing campaigns, co-ordinating the use of both HQ and locally produced marketing communication assets, as well as managing third-party agency support.
- Work with internal and/or external creative resources to develop ASUS Business brand assets and sales kits, including literature and case studies (video and written).
- Manage presence at ASUS-created and partner-created events, as well as exhibition at local and HQ-lead industry trade events.
- Work with Country Product Managers and Account Managers to support partners with marketing campaigns and resources
- Work with the web marketing specialist to create and maintain engaging web content and product detail pages, considering both paid and organic (SEO) traffic acquisition tactics.
- Work with the PR specialist to launch devices to local media and influencers, obtaining relevant media coverage and product reviews.
- Work with the channel marketing specialists to develop reseller marketing activities and ensure compliance in the channel.
- Work with the social media specialist to create engagement and following on ASUS Business channels.
- Develop and nurture the B2B customer database with industry and brand-led content.
- Align and communicate with Local and HQ Commercial teams, and the Systems marketing team.
- Report against global and local OKR targets.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing management or executive role. (B2B / Commercial sector a plus)
- Interest and/or existing knowledge of PC technology
- Highly organized and proactive
- Results orientated with a strong attention to detail
- Salesforce or relatable CRM experience
- Working with Agency and media publications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
