They are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the commercial solar business. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, processing existing leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Your ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate effectively will be crucial to your success.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the solar industry. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of the commercial solar market. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and you will be passionate about contributing to a sustainable future.

The Role:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial solar market
Process existing leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Negotiate contracts and close dealsThe Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the solar industry
Strong collaborative working approach
