**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring, interpreting and overseeing key regulatory developments, including identifying changes to these that could affect the business
- Offering advice and guidance to other business units as required
- Implementation of suitable compliance controls to new business initiatives and new products
- Working closely with key members across the business including senior leadership, the front office and the trading floor
- Continually monitor and enhance existing compliance controls

**Key Requirements;**
- Previous Compliance Advisory experience
- Experience working within Wholesale
- Strong knowledge of MIFID II & CASS
- Experience working either within a Brokerage or with Commodities would be desirable
