**Programme Planner - What will I be doing?**

You will be joining a highly successful and growing team, focused on high delivery standards with a customer-centric mindset. There'll be plenty of scope for personal development but initially you will bring experience of managing small scale projects andsupporting larger projects and have a good understanding of project management methodologies and principals. The position offers variety and requires excellent account management skills and an ability to build a rapport easily, both on the phone and face-to-face.

**Programme Planner - What experience do I need?**
- Currently working towards Prince 2
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable experience of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Change management skills and experience
- Comfortable handling high volumes of information, requests and questions
- Keeping track of your projects, understanding who is accountable and responsible at all times, whilst working to time, cost and quality
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a solutions focused attitude
- Highly organised with good administration skills and with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong at building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Work autonomously and with limited supervision
- An ability to work to demanding deadlines and at times, under pressure
- Highly motivated and well-organised and with a passion for career development
