**Reading and Understanding - Higher Level**:

**Writing - Higher Level**:

**Purpose of the post**:

- Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.
- Support the Inclusion Co-ordinator and the Assistant Head to deliver the Supporting People Programme and its work streams.

**Responsibility for functions**:

- Resources - IT equipment.

**Main duties**:

- Organise, coordinate and attend meetings and events as required.
- Support the Assistant Head in maintaining the Supporting People Programme governance arrangements - cross departmental groups, Member Task and Finish Groups, and external partnerships as required.
- Take and maintain relevant records and documents and prepare reports as required.
- Support the Inclusion Coordinator in delivering the Tackling Poverty Delivery Plan.
- Act as a point of contact for the Supporting People Programme and its work streams (particularly the Tackling Poverty Action Plan) with services in other departments, and with key partners.
- Act as a point of contact on behalf of the Assistant Head / Co-ordinator to liaise with local groups receiving Council support to deliver the Supporting People Programme e.g. food schemes / banks, community hubs.
- Promote relevant contacts and use of community facilities / assets for the benefit of Supporting People Programme development.
- Identify opportunities that may benefit the purpose of the Tackling Poverty Action Plan and / or the Supporting People Programme and present them to the Coordinator.
- Identify opportunities to trial / pilot / develop small projects as required.
- Undertake engagement work and be prepared to converse with residents and groups benefiting from the Tackling Poverty Action Plan / Supporting People Programme to gather their views and experiences.
- Create and produce infographics and case studies.
- Retain and gather information
