Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide support primarily to the Office Manager, as well as the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied role with ample potential for growth and advancement.
**Your responsibilities will include**
- Verifying purchase invoices, entering purchase invoices and setting up new supplier accounts
- Reconciling supplier accounts, entering sales invoices, chasing overdue accounts
- Updating the training matrix and booking training courses
- Managing a fleet of vehicles
- Renewing industry accreditations
- Liaising with the Construction Manager regarding resourcing and advertising
- Performing general office duties such as answering the phone and filing.
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good numeracy skills, an understanding of basic accounting principles (or the enthusiasm to learn)
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel.
- The ability to prioritize workload and multitask is essential.
- Additionally, knowledge of an accounting software package is preferred.
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
