Marks Sattin Executive Search is currently seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join a Private Equity-backed Consultancy Firm based in East of England. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a business that is committed to growing rapidly through a strategic buy and build growth approach.
The firm specializes in delivering high-quality professional services to businesses, including expert guidance and support, market research, and commercialisation strategies. The company has built a reputation for providing excellent results to its expanding client base.
You will be responsible for managing the finance functions of the company, providing financial leadership to realise significant growth, playing a critical role in all upcoming M&A processes and subsequent integrations. You will lead operational responsibilities beyond finance, including HR and IT, ensuring that they align with the company's overall goals.

- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
