**About the role**

You will provide pre-employment support by coordinating and following up on pre-employment checks, ensuring that the processes and approaches they undertake are compliant with industry regulations and employment law as the role will involve taking up references, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, right to work in the UK checks, Occupational Health Clearances.

Working within our OD and HR Team you may also have the opportunity to provide support to other services where appropriate.

You will have experience of working within a customer environment & ability to demonstrate strong Customer Service Skills. This will include communicating across various channels including but not limited to face to face telephone mail and electronic media.

Practical knowledge and understanding of core HR practices to support recruitment and onboarding would be beneficial for this role.
