Saturday Pet Cremation Advisor Required
Based at our Pet Crematorium on Cambridge / Hertfordshire Border

Required to contribute to the smooth running of the Individual Cremation activities of the Company by assisting our customers promptly and efficiently in making arrangements for pet cremations via the telephone or in a one to one situation. Must be able to present a smart, polite, willing, professional and compassionate image at all times. Other duties to include the data processing of Individual Cremation forms, attending cremation services and assisting in the presentation of pets ashes when required.

To ensure that customer care, communication and all relevant administrative activities are in line with Company requirements.

To become part of our small and friendly Individual Cremation team as a Saturday Cremation Advisor you must have:

- Good customer facing skills
- A good eye for detail
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment while keeping a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Good understanding of the English language with neat and clear hand writing

**This is a part time permanent position working Saturdays 08.30am - 4pm.**

**CPC established in 1979, specialises in pet cremations and the ethical waste disposal management for Veterinary practices and associated professions.**

**Salary**: £10.75 per hour
