Quartix Limited vehicle tracking systems have been installed in over 600,000 company vehicles worldwide with more than 20,000 customers in the UK, France, Europe and the US.
In order to continue to build on our excellent client support feedback ratings we are looking to recruit a Full Time European Stock and Support Administrator on a fixed term contract.
Hours of work 8:00 am-16:30 pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch (37.5hr per week)
**Job Purpose**
Supporting the 4G upgrade team with unit swap appointments, calls to customers, processing appointments and managing replacement units shipped to customers, including administrative duties relating to stock management.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Stock**
- Updating the installer map/setting installers up on the system. Insurance renewal and engineer audits.
- Managing daily stock counts.
- Monitoring and reporting on shipments/deliveries.
- Managing returns from the field.
- To bring to attention any discrepancy, H&S out in the field to operations Manager, recording any issues and reporting lost parcels.
- Managing the mailbox daily and responding in a timely manner.
**Appointments**
- Arranging appointments via phone with our customers, updating communications on our database.
- Liaising with installation engineers for availability for appointments.
- Supporting with the customer service phone line as required.
- Ensuring 2G swap out details are captured within the database.
- Issuing new terms and conditions to customers and issuing invoices as required.
- Weekly progress reports to the French 4G team leader.
- Provide excellent customer service and be able to build good relationships with our customers.
**Support**
- Processing appointments raised as part of the 2G swap out project.
- Recording all information and updating on service cloud.
- Checking replacement units are working correctly, ensure configuration settings are replicated from the original unit to the replacement unit.
- Follow up calls for engineers and customers for closing appointments and customer swaps being completed as required.
**General**
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, installers, and other departments as part of the 2G swap out project.
- Develop ideas and put forward to the project manager to help improve the projects performance.
- Monitor and report any issues to the project manager.
- Any additional tasks as deemed necessary by the company or management team.
- Uphold the company values and comply with all company policies.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, both verbal and written;
- Attention to detail;
- Good IT skills which must include Excel, and other Microsoft packages, knowledge of salesforce and service cloud beneficial.
- Excellent time keeping;
- Ability to work under pressure and to reporting timetable.
- Warehouse and stock management experience essential.
- Experience of telematics and auto electrical knowledge advantageous but not essential.
Ability to speak French essential.
