**Express Your Interest - Voluntary Plume Academy Trustees**

Plume Academy’s vision is to deliver outstanding learning outcomes, employ and develop outstanding staff and develop and sustain an outstanding learning community.

We are currently looking to strengthen our Board of Trustees by recruiting new Trustees, who can also provide strategic oversight, challenge and support the smooth and effective running of the academy, and who feel they have the time to provide robust governance and enthusiastic support to the academy, its leadership and its ongoing development.

Trustees come from all backgrounds with differing skill sets and experience and we are particularly looking for new Trustees with professional or business skills in finance, HR, education, safeguarding and communications.

Anyone with the willingness to commit time, energy and expertise to support the academy, students and staff achieve our vision can become a Trustee. It is a challenging role but is also very rewarding at the same time.

It is an exciting time to join the Plume Board of Trustees with ambitious plans to expand and develop the academy in the growing Maldon community area.
