**What does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant do?**

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be assigned a specialist market. You will become an expert in this sector. This can happen within 12-18 months of doing the job.

On the client side, you will be using a number of techniques including cold calling, and social selling to bring new clients on your books. You will meet your new clients and get a really good grasp of what they are looking for so you can build a long lasting partnership.

**Who are our client?**

Our client was set up 3 years ago, by two incredible recruiters. They have a head count of 37 already, and are looking to grow to 150 within another 3 years.

They operate within the Technology markets placing Software Engineers. Don’t worry if you can’t spell Tech, our client will teach you everything you need to know.

All you need to be concerned with, is it a good market? The answer is; ‘yes’. Software Engineers are massively short in demand, and they get paid well. Music to a recruiters ears.

Our client are based in a swanky warehouse style offices near the fun, and vibrant Soho, Central London.

In saying that, they plan to open their US office next year. Something that you could get involved in if you fancies a life in the States.

Our client have a list of values they live by. They want to ultimately be good at what they do, respected in the market, but also do their job having fun as a team.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
