**Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- IMMEDIATE STARTERS WANTED**

**Location**:City of London

**Salary**: Basic Salary £25,000

Uncapped commission structure:
First Year OTE, £55,000
Second Year OTE, £75,000
Third Year OTE - £100,000+

Highest earners within the organisation are billing in excess of £1 million and taking home a third of this in commission

RULE recruitment is currently seeking driven, money motivated individuals looking for unlimited earning potentials. Our client has an amazing opportunity for an aspirational graduate in which you can earn upwards of £55,000 within your first 12 months.

This opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant is perfect for resilient, motivated and energetic individuals. If you are an ambitious graduate or come from a background within sales or recruitment, then look no further.

**The Role**:
Responsibilities will include:

- Generation of new business.
- Producing advertisements for new roles.
- Managing and improving relationships with clients.

**About You**:

- Minimum of a 2:2 degree from a recognised University.
- Self-starting individual with a healthy work ethic.
- Competitive, potentially a history of sport at a high level.
- Strong communication skills, including phone and face to face skills.
- A social individual capable of building rapport.
- Financially motivated individual.
