**Job summary**:
Job title: Estates and Compliance Officer

**Salary**: Grade 8 SCP 24 to SCP 27 £33,024 to £35,745 per annum 2 year temporary position

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm All year round

Location: hybrid between working remotely or at our Trust offices at St Wilfrid’s

Closing date: Monday 4th March 9am

Interview date: Week commencing 11th March

**Who are we looking for?**
- Work closely with our schools and their site managers to support the Trust’s Estates and Operations Projects
- Therefore the ability to form good working relationships is essential.
- Contribute to the development and alignment of the robust management processes which are in place ensuring that Trust/school sites are safe and compliant for our communities.
- Engage with specialists to provide services at schools as required.
- Negotiate and agree Trust level contracts..
- Support with large scale capital building projects and maintenance
- Support the Head of Estates and Operations to develop, and then embed our Carbon Neutral Strategy.

As a member of the Trust Central Team, the appointed person will benefit the support of a skilled, experienced and highly knowledgeable team. Opportunities for CPD and training will be provided as required on an ongoing basis.
