I am working with a well-established company based in Basingstoke who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team

The role
- Setting up and managing contracts
- Raising invoices
- Assisting in the coding of invoices
- Request any overdue returns
- Reconciliations
- Resolving and responding to queries to the agreed service level, accurately and legibly in line with departmental standards
- Other Ad-hoc duties

What you need to be successful
- Previous experience working with data and numbers
- Previous experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable duties
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
