?Aon Credit International offers a range of complementary solutions to protect businesses against trade credit risk, enhance business growth and facilitate access to trade finance. Trade credit risk is the risk of non-payment of commercial invoices for goodsor services. We provide advice and design solutions in three key areas:

- Credit Risk Protection
- Credit Management
- Trade Finance
We are the leading trade credit broker globally, with 93 people in eight location across the UK and Ireland, and 440 people in 57 countries around the world.
**What the day will look like**As a Client Service Advisor some of your key responsibilities will involve:

- Working client manager/client directors, helping with retention and growth of existing accounts with effective client relationships and ongoing servicing needs.
- Working on a portfolio of accounts to ensure that relevant information is shared among client team and required actions are taken to meet client's needs.
- Acting as a contact point for clients
- Dealing with Client and Insurer day to daymatters arising e.g. chasing up and appealing credit limit decisions, following up progress on reported buyers overdue.
- Assistance with preparing for Policy renewals
- gathering and analysing relevant data and preparation of the report.
- Assisting with Claims verification and reporting process
- Developing the client relationship
- Providing advice to clients and colleagues on market developments
- Responsible for working in accordance with the AON UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with the AON UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affectthe business, intererst or reputation of any Group Company
