**Your new company**
My client is a Large Private Organisation based in Swindon that specialises in Manufacturing, from aerospace to electrical equipment. The key position they are looking to recruit for is a M365 Engineer, who can help support the front desk of the operations,but also provide expertise in a specialist field within the business.
**Your new role
**- Provide SME services across the M365 stack, focusing on SharePoint, Power Platforms, Teams and PowerBI
- Provide technical input, guidance and advice in support of the existing and future M365 services
- Adopt automation solutions to digitise workflows and process'.
- Explore, test and recommend continuous improvement as the M365 stack matures
- Support business transformation projects, providing advice and guidance.
- Research and understand emerging practices.
- Escalation point for M365 power platform to advise on, resolve questions, issues and faults related to service solutions
- Work with Individuals and departments to drive adoption and usage of SharePoint and automated workflow solutions
- Support and champion IT policies and procedures
- Contribute to the support of the wider IT services
- Undertake IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Driven, and highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Must be a team player, energetic with a positive 'can do' attitude and enjoy collaborating.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and be approachable
- Clear understanding and demonstrable knowledge of Power FX, Power Platforms, SharePoint, PowerBI and RPA
- Good understanding of M365 architecture and design principles
- Sound understanding and knowledge of M365 security practices, identity and permissions
- Familiar with API integrations.
- Understanding and broad knowledge of IT support (Hardware, Software, Troubleshooting)
