Your new company
My client is an award winning service provider, working with some of the best clientele across the UK. They are looking to recruit for a 3rd Line Engineer with a key focus on M365 Exchange.

You will sit within the Office Productivity team and is responsiblefor providing development and support around the Office Productivity suite, currently consisting of Microsoft 365 and Okta.


Your new role

You will be the Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Exchange and Teams products, whilst having an understanding and ability to manage the full lifecycle of the Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams based products, as well as supporting the rest of the M365 suiteso that the service continues to evolve and mature.

You will also be proactive at developing the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 feature suite and drive the adoption of these services, whilst also providing technical support to customers.


  • Monitor Microsoft daily updates on M365, assess the affect/impact of the service and provide communications to key stakeholders (i.e., Service Desk, customers)
  • Maintain up to date skills and knowledge to be shared within the team
  • Multitask and prioritise work effectively and escalate issues when appropriate

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience of administrating a Microsoft Exchange environment (ideally a hybrid)
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting an M365 infrastructure
  • Previous experience of supporting a large user base of clients, which may have differing needs or goals
  • Knowledge of supporting products in M36
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to work without detailed supervision
  • Ability to multitask and to prioritise effectively, with an aptitude for knowing when issues need escalating
  • Stakeholder management experience, at all levels within an organisation
  • Demonstrable listening and communication skills
