Nottingham, United Kingdom Care2Communities Full time

**Looking for an exciting new role in 2023?**

At Care2Communities we combine the latest technology, with wellbeing calls, response calls, in person visits and signposting to offer something truly special - a community of care that makes Rushcliffe a happier place to be.

As part of Care2Communties, you will be part of giving back to the community. We believe in giving back and reconnecting with the people around us. Our culture may have moved on from large families all living together and having a local grocer you’ve known for years, but when it comes to wellbeing, you can’t beat feeling like part of a community.

You will speak with people who use our services, and their families/important people to them via telephone, responding when someone's usual routine has changed or in the event of an emergency. You will also visit people in their own home where required.

You will become a part of a friendly, supportive and caring team of Wellbeing Assistants dedicated to improving the wellbeing and quality of life of people living in rural Rushcliffe (And surrounding villages). Where many people are at risk of feeling isolated and often, do not have access to traditional domiciliary care services.

At Care2Communities, we are building an inclusive workplace where everyone can do their best work and bring their whole self to work.

We believe that talent is distributed to all of us in equal measure and our differences are a strength not a weakness. **We recruit for potential, not perfection. **Everyone has a unique ‘stamp’, bringing something to the team and the service.
