Master Data Lead

**Weekly Hours: 37.5**
Role will be accountable for managing product master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 UK and coordinating with business regions to ensure master data is up-to-date/accurate on local systems.

**What Will You Do?**:
Global Master Data Integrity
- Define Elemis Master Data strategy; categorisation, fields etc. as well as the teams who can help support collating and maintaining the data.
- Maintain Product database including, categorisation, obsolescence/discontinued, active/inactive, corrections, duplicate SKUs, pricing and as well as any other relevant data.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards.
- Implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality.
- Provide reporting on data accuracy and missing data.

Code Creation
- Create SKUs and manage the SKU creation process across all business systems.
- Provide reporting and look for opportunities to improve the SKU creation process.

Global Change Management
- Work with NPD Product Managers on their critical path timelines for change management projects integrating with Purchasing team to ensure smooth transition.
- Maintain communication of change management and integration with business teams. Implementing and updating processes as business needs change.
- Provide reporting on change management.
- Previous Planning, Forecasting or Data Analysis experience is essential.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain.
- Experience within an FMCG or Beauty/Wellness Product organisation, preferred.
- Ability to take a proactive approach to over challenges and achieve results.
- Ability to work effectively between departments and with External Stakeholders.
- High standard of computer literacy - must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system or similar.
- Experience of Power BI, Tableau and/or SQL reporting.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
