Intake Section Leader

- **Shifts**:Days 4 on 4 off, 5:45am - 6:15pm

**What you’ll be doing**

We are looking for AM-bitious individuals who have a passion to support and assist the delivery and maintenance of daily orders from our customers. At AM Fresh you will help us run the show, but you will be responsible for:

- Support the Shift Manager in leading the Intake team to achieve the daily targets.
- Work safely across the Intake department, monitor, report and influence the H&S culture of the shift.
- Carry out work place inspections, report on the functionality of the MHE fleet.
- Lead by example, work collaboratively with other departments to allocate, share and support with, labour.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role essential.
- Ideally in a fast paced FMCG environment.
- Must be health and safety conscious, a good communicator and willing/able to lead a team in the absence of their Shift Manager.
- PC skills are expected to be to a good standard on Excel/Word
