We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to analyze their business operations and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of client's business operations, including processes, systems, and organizational structure
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to implement recommended changes and monitor progress
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the change management process
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop business plans and financial models to support decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business consulting

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Proficient in conducting business analysis, including process mapping and gap analysis
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and recommendations to clients
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in using various software tools for data analysis and reporting

**Salary**: From £41,874.00 per year
