Our client has a brilliant Customer Engineering team, who are responsible for all new consumer and business installations and in-premise service visits. The team has more than 200 field based engineers, and covers the whole of London.

As a Process Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.
- This will include working with other teams to introduce new systems and products, and taking the lead on these projects within Customer Engineering working across Multi-Dwelling Unit, Single-Dwelling Unit, Business and supporting functions.
- Measurable outcomes to which the Process Manager will make a significant contribution include: reduction in cost per customer connection, improvement in first time install success rate, reduction in early-life failures, reduction in mean time to resolutionand project-specific measures.
- Reporting to the Customer Engineering Director, you will be a part of the Customer Engineering senior team working alongside the functional managers.
- Support with contract management and governance by assessing the compliance of our outsource partners, in accordance with our contractual agreement and service levels,
- Lead on major projects in which Customer Engineering is involved, which will include new product launches, new system adoption (including CRM and ERP) and new partner on-boarding.

An exciting opportunity for a Process Manager with the following.
- Familiarity with FTTP deployment and installation would be advantageous, although not a pre-requisite for a fast learner.
- Able to work across operations departments (planning, build, install, technical) at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and a general aptitude with IT systems would be beneficial, including CRM and ticketing systems and even GIS
- This could be an ideal opportunity for a results-focused individual who has been working in an analytical role to make a move into a more operations management role, or indeed for someone with field or supervisory experience to move into a management role.
