Our work can range from large construction itineraries such as extensions or considerable structural alterations, through to home improvement projects such as kitchen & bathroom installations or simply a small repair for instance plumbing, plastering or paintwork.

**Role**:
This role will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast-growing construction business aiming to make a positive impact in the industry whilst helping its team grow within.

**Benefits**:

- It's no secret that working in the trade industry can be challenging and taxing at times, especially when those unexpected needs for materials cause delays and late nights playing catch up and such. In light of this our business has a full time Operations Manager dedicated entirely to assisting the site management and all of the team's needs, whilst ensuring materials are on site when they are needed to be saving our teams from the effort of planning, quoting or scheduling.
- We also have a full time Site Liaison Manager whom quickly assists our sites with any of those unexpected needs material wise, keeping you on site without the stresses of going to find things and loosing time on the tools.
- Typical work hours will be from 8am start through to 4pm Monday to Friday.
- Locally based working area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: £120 to £200 depending on experience. A 2 week trial period will be required for us to assess and agree remunerations upon offered employment.
