The working schedule is Monday - Friday, from 7:30am - 4.30pm with 45 mins daily break.

The successful applicant will report into the Buildings Manager.

Ideally we'd like to recruit someone with 5 years or more experience within the construction industry, carrying out similar tasks.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setting out of new projects in accordance with relevant plans.
- Carry out manual and mechanical excavation of foundations.
- Laying of concrete foundations and construction of subbases.
- General masonry
- working mainly with traditional stone, with smaller elements of blockwork or brickwork in addition.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Excellent stone masonry

Good communication skills.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a small team and/or alone.
- Ability to learn new skills and solve own problems.

**Salary**: £180.00 per day
