A great opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well established independent Estate Agency based in South Woodford. Our client are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who are looking to maximise their earning potential.

Some responsibilities but not limited:

- Registering new applicants
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Booking valuation appointments
- Following up and carrying out feedback
- Building relationships with landlords
- Ensuring all procedures are carried out in line with company procedures
- Marketing of properties
- Updating multi-user software database

Key skills:

- One years Letting experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well presented and professional approach
- Motivated and target driven
- A positive 'can do' attitude and self motivated
- IT skills
- A full driving licence

Salary £17,500 - £22,500 doe
OTE £35,000 pa

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm with a day off in lieu in the week
