**THE COMPANY**:
Our client are an energy company that specialises in designing, building, and operating reliable energy systems. They are looking for a Management Accountant on a 12mFTC based in Manchester.
**THE ROLE**:
**Some responsibilities you may have but are not limited to are**:
- Producing monthly management accounts for commercial property
- Submit VAT return for the property company
- Day-to-day point of contact for tenants
- Assistance and involvement in any other ad-hoc reporting as required
- Installing and setting up property software
- Electricity and gas tariff renewals and upkeep
**THE PERSON**:
- Part/full qualified accountant; ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work tight deadlines
- Flexible and professional approach
- Honest and reliable
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
