London, United Kingdom Maker Lab Full time

Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

**Project Specialist (UK)**

**Fixed term contract**

Maker Lab supports clients in technology, entertainment, financial services, and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing entertainment clients.

As a Project Specialist (Content Placement), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our client’s digital content from creation to distribution with their partner platforms. You'll wear many hats, from managing the content pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to overseeing communication with partners and tracking successful placements.

Role:

- You'll be responsible for managing the content pipeline, including scheduling content, tracking details of upcoming placements, identifying any potential gaps, and suggesting placement opportunities based on market trends and audience interests.
- You'll collaborate with content creators and partner teams to inform everyone about content, placements, and any necessary changes.
- You'll oversee communication with partners regarding content changes and coordinate modifications with content teams to ensure content meets partner needs.
- Share approved content details with partners, ensure availability and review for compliance with partner specifications.
- Make minor edits to content or request new versions for major issues.
- Track successful placements with partner platforms, collect screenshots, and maintain a comprehensive placement log.
- Organise a digital filing system for the confirmed market, partner, and content-type placements.
- Share placement details and results with relevant content creation teams.
- Assist with adding details and screenshots to content placement review reports.
- Support partner relations with impact analysis by sharing specific placement details.

You:

- 3+ years of experience within the Digital marketing and/or Advertising industry managing Content Marketing as a Project Manager and/or project coordinator.
- Proven experience in project management and team management.
- Experience with tooling and platforms used (or be able to learn quickly).
- Able to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Understanding different marketing measurement methodologies (eg. creative testing) throughout the planning process.
- The ability to be self-sufficient, stay motivated and be positive in an often fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.

Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
