Receptionist/administrator

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality Reception duties and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.
The Receptionist will develop and lead operational excellence and best practice. You will bring professionalism and innovation to ensure a high-performance culture within your remit. This is an active and visible role requiring strong customer service competence. Client interaction is significant and excellent relationship management skills are required.
**DUTIES AS A RECEPTIONIST**
- To greet all guest promptly, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to guest to ensure a pleasant visit
- Receiving guests and announcing them to the hosts
- Build rapport with the client and communicating concisely at all times
- To attend on site and external training course and meetings where required
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- To undertake any reasonable request and be flexible in approach to work patterns
- Answer the phone promptly and politely
- To be aware of evacuation exits and emergency procedures
- Ensure that reception area is well kept and maintained to a high standard
**JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- SIA badge is essential
- Observe the dress code at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer/Client focused
- Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
- Average computer literacy required
- Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, EC3V 4QT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
