What’s the role?

We are looking to expand our Service Processing team. This is a varied role, flexing between processing orders, managing bills, and ensuring our customers get their services live on time.

Working hours usually follow a standard office day of eight hours, between 9am and 5pm. Flexible working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all orders are processed within agreed KPIs
- Monitor orders to ensure they are processing within our Supplier’s SLAs
- Upload data to our in house system to accurately reflect order statuses
- Scan and upload paper bills to the system
- Build and maintain relationships with our key suppliers

Experience & Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision

- A-Level or equivalent preferred
