This is a great opportunity to join London Borough of Merton and its friendly and committed energy team. The post holder will join a small team of energy officers who are working to lower the council’s carbon emissions and improve the energy efficiency of its buildings.

The role benefits from hybrid working with at least 3 days a week at the Civic Centre in Morden, and other days available for working from home or other council buildings. You will be required to visit council sites and you may be required to work at other locations in the borough from time to time.

Merton Council offers excellent holiday entitlement and a competitive salary and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.

The Civic Centre is very close to Morden Underground Station which is on the Northern Line. We are also a 10-minute walk from Morden Road Tram Stop and both Morden South and South Merton Railway Stations.
