We are looking for a Restorative Justice Coordinator to join our team and support delivery of restorative practices across the team and wider services. The Restorative Justice Coordinator will have responsibility for overseeing the delivery of all restorative justice work by Merton Youth Justice Team as well as endeavour to raise awareness of the benefits of bringing victims of youth crime and those responsible together through use of the restorative principles to work towards repairing harm.

**About you**:
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative individual to assist alongside the Team Manager, YJS police officers, and community panel member volunteers to support restorative justice work within Merton Youth Justice Service. You will be responsible for developing and delivering reparation projects which benefit both the young person and community. You must be able to engage young people to support them in understanding how reparation and other restorative interventions can benefit both them and their victims or community.
