- As a QC Supervisor you will work along with QCs in warehouse to verify that all materials including finished products are safe and conform to all relevant specification, legislation and customer requirements.
- You will complete audits and monitor the consistency of outputs across the team for compliance purposes.

- **Key Accountabilities**:_
- Support the QCs in the Warehouse
- Audit Critical Control Points (CCPs) and compliant with relevant paperwork, report any non-conformance to senior management and take proactive measures
- Check compliance to Food Safety and Quality Management System procedures (QMS) including control measures for Allergens
- Conduct Good Manufacturing Practice audits (GMP) audits / Compliance Observation Process (COP) checklist
- Monitoring temperature of chillers and freezers through daily manual checks using a calibrated probe. Conduct various temperature checks on food products.
- Quarantine any non-conforming product or equipment that may affect the final product quality or safety and report to Technical team and line manager immediately.
- Collect check sheets daily from LR (low risk) area.
- To become Fire warden and First Aider when required.
- Manage the traceability of raw materials to the production area
- Be flexible to assist with other jobs within Warehouse department as required
- Ensure all deliveries are checked on time and the quality of goods

- Driven and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
- Advance IT literacy with experience of MS Office
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Self-starter, proactive and able to solve complex issues
- Internal audit experience
- Experience in managing a team is a plus
- Good understanding of HACCP & CCP principles and practice
- High level of reliability and flexibility is required
- Good understanding of the Code of Practice, Technical Requirement including BRC Standard
- Good understanding of the operation and products
- Knowledge of Food Safety Culture
