Aftermarket Administrator

Sales Support Administrator - MS Office - Blackburn, Lancs - to £26,000 plus Bonus and superb benefits

Leading Engineering company urgently requires an Sales Support Administrator to work closely in supporting my clients Customer Support, Technical Administrator and the Service Coordinator in a fast-growing market leading organisation, any previous administrationexperience is essential and a history working within the engineering sector or similar would be an advantage.

As a Sales Support Administrator your duties will include being the Customer point of contact regarding Service and Spares enquiries, dealing with client and supplier service queries ensuring critical spares lists and parts are distributed to the customer,estimating service and spares costs and creating quotations within SAP, advising on technical issues or escalating when appropriate, checking and approving invoices and promoting Care Plan packages. You will also be required to create BOMs (Bill of Materials),issue production orders, input hours worked and expenses into SAP weekly, supporting the Head of Service as required and other team members.

You will have strong administrative skills and experience ideally gained within an engineering or other manufacturing environment, have the ability to work on your own initiative, possess excellent communication skills, strong organisation skills, experienceof using MS Office including MS Project plus any experience of SAP Business ONE or AutoCAD Would be advantageous.

This role would ideally suit and individual with MS Office skills and looking to further their career in a relatively new team.

This role is commutable from Blackburn, Burnley, Chorley, Darwen, Accrington, Padiham, Rishton, Clayton-le-Moors, Haslingden
