**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Day shifts = 9:00am - 9:00pm**
**Sleep-ins = 10:00pm - 9:00am**

Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need.

From supporting people to connect with treasured memories to enabling them to continue to enjoy happy times with their loved ones, you will make a real difference.

Our staff team are great, and they support the people we support to:

- Maintain there homes
- Complete personal care
- Enjoy an active social life
- Living there best life possible
- communicate and understand subtle gestures of communication
- not always verbal.
- Prepare meals
- Most importantly remembering the people we support require to be included in any daily decisions and encouraged to be as independent as possible. We need our staff members to support the people we support to live there Best lives Possible
